Machli beghair kaantey ke: Adha kilo (chotey slices ma kaat len)
Laal mirch powder: Adha khaney ka chamach

Lemon juice: 3 khaney ke chamach
Ajwain: Adha chahye ka chamach
Adrak lehsan ka paste: 2 chaye ke chamach
Bason ka mixer banane ke liye ajzaa:
Bason: Ek pao
Namak: Hasb-e-zaiqa
Laal mirch powder: Ek chaye ka chamach
Sabz dhaniya: Ek khaney ka chamach
Adrak lehsan ka paste: Adha chaye ka chamach
Sookha dhaniya bhoon kar pisa huwa: Adha khaney ka chamach
Kaali mirch pisi hui: Adha chaye ka chamach
Anda: Ek adad
Ajwain: Ek chutki
Pisa hua anaar dana: Adha khaney ka chamach
Tarkeeb:
Bason ma sookha dhaniya, namak, kaali mirch, anda, laal mirch powder, ajwain, adrak lehsan, sabz dhaniya or anaar dana daal kar paani se mix kar ke qadrey gharha sa aameza bana len.
Machli ko lemon or namak laga kar dho kar khushk kar len. Phir ek peyaley ma machli , lemon juice, laal mirch, adrak lehsan or namak daal kar achi tarah mix karen. Isey 10 se 15 minute ke liye rakh den. Phir bason ke aamezey ma dip kar ke garam tail ma halki si fry kar ke nikal len.
